When you visit our website, your IP address and the start and end of your session are recorded for the duration of that session. This is necessary for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Unless otherwise specified below, we do not process this data further.
Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Data storage
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR. We process and store data for tax reasons for accounting and payroll accounting purposes. We use the following contract data processors: accounting, tax consultancy, payroll accounting, IT service providers (hosting, programming). In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and that you only allow this in individual cases. Deactivating cookies may restrict the functionality of our website. If you have an account and log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will set up some cookies to save your login information and display options. Login cookies expire after two days and cookies for the display options after one year. If you select “Stay signed in” when registering, your registration will be maintained for two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies are deleted.
